Quality Assurance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Responsible for ensuring food safety & quality
- Perform changeover inspections, pre-operational inspections & auditing in process QC Checks
- Train shift personnel on food quality & safety practices
- Investigate product holds & customer complaints
- Conducting facility inspections & auditing production and sanitation processes
Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; college training in math or science preferred
- 1+ years in a laboratory or related inspection work
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Audit production QC inspections & data
- Perform raw material and packaging receiving verifications
- Prepare customer samples and swab samples for shipment
- Conduct pre-operational inspections prior to weekly start-up Identify, tag and segregate nonconforming Items
- Perform scheduled GMP Inspections and Glass & Brittle Plastic Inspections
- Audit production and sanitation procedures for compliance with documented procedures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
