Logistics Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 11:00am to11:30pm )
As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination.
- Enter loads from customer tenders into the freight optimizer system.
- Update account managers on problem loads.
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time.
Logistics Specialist Qualifications:
- 1 year of logistics experience
- General knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Experience writing routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Excel/Office products.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
