Retail Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to08:00pm )
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about our curated range of luxury products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best products for their individual preferences.
- Suggest related products to enhance the shopping experience and expand options. Educate customers on the benefits, functions, and proper use of products for optimal results.
- Process orders accurately, operate the POS register, and resolve any return issues.
- Promote special sales and seasonal offers to engage customers.
- Payrate: $15 - $20 DOE Commission: 5% - 10% of sales
Retail Associate Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the industry.
- Possess a friendly and energetic personality, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
- High school diploma or GED required to ensure a solid foundation for success.
