Paint Operator/ Viewer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Load and unload products off of jigs as they move down the assembly line.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
- Assist with training new operators as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Paint Operator/ Viewer Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of Manufacturing or Assembly required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using various hand tools and machinery.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
