HR Generalist
As the sole HR professional in the organization, this role will encompass all HR responsibilities, functioning as a one-person department, with full ownership of HR processes and activities.

HR Generalist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
54,000.00 to $ 58,000.00 / annually Salaried ( Monday throughFriday )
- Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
- Recruiting top talent for job openings
- Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes
- Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
- Compiling information for compensation and benefits
- Must keep and record accurate records of employees
- Experience with handling medical, dental and life insurance enrollments for employees
- Experience working with Business, Auto and Work comp insurance
- Keeping track of employee’s daily hours worked through the E2 system
- Process weekly payroll through PayChex
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Experience with manufacturing
- Experience working with FMLA, Workman's compensation, and benefits
- Payroll experience (PayChex)
- Able to travel between 3 closely situated plants
