Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to07:00am )
- Conduct Preventative maintenance and operational support for a variety of advanced food manufacturing equipment.
- Work with a broad range of machinery, including high-speed packaging systems, cryogenic freezers, metal detectors, and hydraulic conveyors.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians to ensure optimal machine functionality and minimize downtime.
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair 3-phase high-voltage electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Follow strict safety and quality procedures in line with food manufacturing standards.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years as a maintenance technician (food manufacturing experience is a plus).-
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with a mechanical aptitude.
- English or Bilingual.
- Experience with 3-phase, high-voltage electrical systems.
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook. Capable of using a computer tablet and maintenance software.-
- Welding experience is a plus!
- PLC experience is a plus!
- Refrigeration experience is a plus!
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, kneel and lie on stomach or back in order to access certain areas or pieces of equipment.
- Must be willing to work in a cool environment for extended periods & withstand food odors.
