Senior Property Manager
Senior Property Manager position to join a team and manage a local retail and office portfolio in the Costa Mesa/Orange County airport area. $110K - $120K DOE + annual bonus potential + benefits package.

Senior Property Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
110,000.00 to $ 120,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead a team with the management of a retail and office portfolio
- Maintain tenant relations and resolve escalated concerns
- Property tours and visit properties
- Assist engineering and project management team with any improvement projects
- Communicate with vendors as needed and ensure work is completed
- Communicate with various teams for tenant build outs, TIs, construction projects etc.
- Review property invoices, prepare budgets, financial repots, assist with CAM recs etc.
- Deal with tenant delinquencies as needed
Senior Property Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CA Real Estate License required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; MRI knowledge a plus
