Cummins Production Scheduler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Collaboration & Customer Focus: Builds partnerships and customer relationships to deliver effective, customer-centric solutions.
• Results & Process Optimization: Achieves results consistently under pressure by improving work processes for efficiency.
• Capacity & Supply Planning: Converts Master Production Schedule into detailed resource plans, optimizing capacity utilization and adjusting for constraints (e.g., overtime or adding shifts).
• Manages the Master Supply Schedule to balance customer expectations with operational efficiency.
• KPI Management: Monitors materials KPIs to drive improvements and assess gaps in supply chain performance, balancing trade-offs to achieve target deliverables.
• Capacity & Resource Planning: Uses Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to manage labor, machines, and materials for long-term resource planning.
• Materials Planning: Utilizes materials planning systems to manage supply/demand, taking corrective actions and solving problems with Excel and other tools when needed.
• Change Management: Implements engineering changes to meet customer needs while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
