Estimator Commercial Construction Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
36.00 to $ 43.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide cost estimates for commercial projects
- Provide budgets and
- Interact with general contractors, architects, project managers, and others with large commercial projects
- Interpret plans and blueprints to estimate labor, materials, and equipment needed for projects
- Relocation assistance may be provided
Estimator Commercial Construction Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working as an estimator with a General Contractor is required
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints & plans
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of customers both internal & external
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- Previous experience with Procore is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
