Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Answering inbound calls
- Helping customers through the warranty process
- Up-sales
- Tracking purchases
- Payment processing
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Must have strong internet and the ability to plug an ethernet code directly into the modem (can not be a wireless provider)
- Must have a quiet place to receive calls
- Previous call center experience is required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
