Industrial Electrician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 03:45pm to04:00pm )
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace machine components such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches, and other electrical parts, as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues by observing equipment in operation, dismantling devices when necessary, and examining parts for wear or defects.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols, cleaning and lubricating equipment, initiating purchase orders for parts, and participating in the on-call program or additional hours if required.
Industrial Electrician Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting; electrician's license preferred but not required.
- Skilled in machine setup, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on following all safety protocols.
- Proficient in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and interpreting electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as equipment service manuals.
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in production and facility equipment, including emergency breakdown repairs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
