Apartment Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift
- Required to be on call for 24 hours.
- Upkeep of property.
- Touch up painting.
- Replace light bulbs, air filters, and batteries in smoke alarms.
- Install blinds.
- Change locks on doors.
- Move appliances using a dolly.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds
Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to work on-call 24-7
- HVAC certified preferred
- 3 years experience doing Apartment or Housing Authority Maintenance work
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems and repairs.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Required to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must provide updated resume
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
