Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Blending Operators also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately.

Family run business located outside of Indianapolis, IN. Manufacturer of Polyesters for Powder Coatings, diversified to include Acrylics and waterborne resins for Coatings, Paints, Inks and CASE markets. Started in the US in 1994.

Blending Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSunday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our resin manufacturing company is seeking Blending Operators to facilitate the manufacturing of resin. Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Blending Operators also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately. We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality and environmentally safe products.
Blending Operator Qualifications:
- Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products.
- Blending Operators also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately.
- 2/3/2 work schedule, every other weekend.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
