Currently seeking a Crew Chief to join a team of professionals and lead restoration efforts for residential and commercial clients

Crew Chief Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift
- Responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of restoration and mitigation projects at customer sites.
- Overseeing the restoration crew,
- Ensuring jobs are completed according to company standards,
- Maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Crew Chief Qualifications:
- Experience- min of 2-3 years in restoration experience, construction, or similar industry
- Leadership or Supervisor experience is preferreD
- Ability to assess damage and make decisions on appropriate restoration methods.
- Proficiency in using restoration equipment and technologies.
- Comfortable working in high-stress and emergency situations.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
