Document Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process and distributing accounts payable mail such as invoices, return checks, statements
- Handle outgoing checks and audit reports following specific procedures/policies
- Working closely with AP team to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies
- Providing superior customer service to internal and external customers
- Doing all work activities with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Document Specialist Qualifications:
- 1-2 years related office/accounting/ payment handling experience
- Experience using office equipment (printer, computers and scanners) and MS Office software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly learn processes to perform duties accurately
- HS Diploma or GED required, lifting 10-25 lbs on occasion when needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
