Phosphate Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSunday )
- Complete understanding of yard functions which include safety procedures, pipe movement, and yard operations.
- Complete understanding of SOP VI-005. Perform documentation requirements set forth by direct and indirect supervisors.
- Complete daily phosphate testing and log sheet as required in SOP VI-005.
- Complete all phosphate duties to achieve the highest levels of safety and production set forth by facility management.
- Wear appropriate and applicable PPE during phosphate operations. This includes all PPE that must be worn at all times.
- Maintain and clean work area and keep in satisfactory manner.
- Report any procedures not being followed in other departments to the Yard Foreman and/or Plant Manager.
Phosphate Operator Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for multiple hours (8-12 hours per day).
- Good visual acuity and color perception.
- Must be able to read and write in such a way as to effectively communicate with other employees.
- Must have ability to learn to operate equipment used in Phosphate operations.
- Ability to add and subtract.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
