You will be traveling with another worker and working along the side with someone else daily.

We are looking for two self sufficient house keepers who holds a valid drivers license and good driving record.

Commerical Cleaning - Milage Reimbursement Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- The Housekeeping personnel/ commercial cleaner will assist our clients with their housing needs to include moving and setting up of furniture, cleaning and inventory of leased housing.
- Maintains warehouse and on-hand supplies.
- Coordinate and perform the cleaning of occupied and unoccupied apartments.
- Perform carpet, furniture and upholstery cleaning with company equipment.
- As required, completes the laundry for the units.
Commerical Cleaning - Milage Reimbursement Qualifications:
- Perform apartment turnover cleanings as directed.
- Must have one year experience in relative field.
- Must have one year in customer service.
- Perform Quality Control inspections.
- Work directly with Reservations Management and Office Management to ensure efficient use of operations resources.
- Places key packets and lockboxes on rent-ready units.
- Breakdown units as required and perform final walkthrough.
- Drives personal vehicle for work.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
