CSR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments,
- Managing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide status updates.
- Resolve customer issues, address concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouses, and transportation teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant details in the company's database.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including generating reports, handling documentation, and updating customer files.
- Promote a positive customer experience by offering helpful, friendly, and proactive communication.
CSR Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Must be bilingual
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
