Maintenance Helper Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Assist with checking units for damages or anything that may need replaced or fixed.
- Assist with inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
- Paint units as requested per work orders.
- Other duties as assigned
Maintenance Helper Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance a plus
- Plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry experience a plus
- Painting experience is preferred
- Must be willing to work part-time to full-time hours with shifts varying on work duties available.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
