Industrial Maintenance Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
33.00 to $ 45.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Supervising a team of electrical & mechanical maintenance mechanics in a manufacturing facility & on-site machine shop
- Hire & train new mechanics with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic mechanics
- Manage department budgets
- Monitor and track repairs, PM's, and analyzing data
- Perform maintenance as needed in the plant including electrical, mechanical, facilities, machines, etc.
Industrial Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing environment is required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. An associate or vocational degree is acceptable with experience.
- Must be skilled in mechanics, electrical, welding, fabrication, PLC's, etc.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
