Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Operate blending, pumping, milling, and packing equipment including any support equipment as trained and defined by standard procedures and process conditions.
- Safely operate forklift trucks.
- Record all process conditions, weights, and other pertinent data.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area including break room and locker room.
- Maintain efficient production rates, minimize machine downtime, minimize production loss, maintain equipment, and follow all job-related instructions as directed by supervision.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Production Associate
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to lift/ move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
