Fabrication Assistant Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Cut and prepare piece parts for steel fabrication
- Weld sub-weldment parts such as supports, chain covers, drive covers, pinch guards, etc.
- Roll angle, offset slider beds
- Fabricate independently three product types in either flat or spiral build departments
Fabrication Assistant Qualifications:
- Operate material handling cranes and other lifting devices as required
- Read and exercise QC fabrication checklists to ensure proper compliance to quality standards
- Perform duties within the company safety programs standards to maintain accident-free working conditions
- Ability to accurately read measuring devices
- Possesses knowledge to read BOMs, Work Orders, and other types of production processes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
