Bilingual Digital Branch Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:45am to05:15pm )
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 05:15pm)
- Providing great customer service via phone, email, and text messages.
- Research and resolve member questions and problems regarding their accounts, payment, and other services.
- Identify member needs and cross-sell products and services
- Communicate in English and Spanish
- Data entry in the database, Excel, word, and other software.
Bilingual Digital Branch Representative Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish and be able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Previous customer service in banking, office, insurance, or call center is required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Word, and Excel is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
