Operations Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Import/ Export Management by coordinating and import third party products
- Completing purchase orders, documenting and custom clearance.
- Work with global suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery. including managing shipping documents and communicating with brokers.
- Ensure all imports comply with U.S. government regulations (DOT, CBP, CTPAT, etc.) and internal policies.
Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Experience in daily ERP processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
