Accounts Payable Clerk Details:
Temporary position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Review and verify invoices for proper approvals before processing
- Scan and enter high volumes of invoices into the accounting system daily
- Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Prepare and mail checks to vendors in a timely manner
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
- English proficiency required
- Strong interest in accounting with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and general computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for vendor and team interactions
- Prior experience with data entry or in an accounting role preferred but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
