Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:00pm )
Job Duties:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
- Process and record company expenses, purchase orders, and invoices
- Prepare and assist with the filing of tax returns
- Assist CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
- Assist in Implementing a new Inventory Management System
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full Charge Bookkeeper (5+ years)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks) and payroll management and tax preparation
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior Inventory management experience
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
