Service Technician Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Work is completed in the shop, helping customers troubleshoot product issues - mostly over the phone
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with scheduling techs
- Record customer information
- Follow up calls
Service Technician Rep Qualifications:
- Electrical knowledge
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to help in the shop as well
- Customer service skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
