Parts Warehouse Coordinator Buyer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Invoicing and Billing
• Enters all materials and services on all order types
• Maintains inventory
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequence
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items
• Uses computer and current inventory program (SAP) to enter records
• Prepares product for domestic and international shipping using proper packing techniques to insure safe arrival of goods and products.
• Determines best method of shipping and filing freight claims
• Sourcing, quoting, purchasing and billing merchandise for projects
• Reviews all shipping and receiving transactions, bills of materials, routing and picking transactions and errors in SAP
• Sources and purchases required parts/services at competitive pricing and terms
