Customer Service Associate
Seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support for licensing operations. This temporary position is initially expected to last 3 months, with potential extensions up to 12 months based on business needs.

Customer Service Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Respond to high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats related to licensing applications, program inquiries, and other customer needs.
- Assist with processing licensing applications and resolving work orders.
- Rotate between handling phone and email/chat inquiries.
- Multitask by managing phone interactions while performing database lookups and data entry.
- Utilize Google Suite, Microsoft Office programs, and Civics application (training provided).
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Strong ability to handle busy phone and email/chat workflows while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
