Human Resources Associate
Seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR assistant for a food manufacturing facility in Louisville. Must have experience auditing I9's, use of E-verify and Paylocity is a plus.

Human Resources Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- HR Compliance
- Verification of I9's
- Will be responsible for auditing I9 forms
- Upkeep of I9/E-Verify
- Assist with workers comp a needed
- Ability to work after hours when needed
- Bilingual- English/Spanish

Human Resources Associate Qualifications:
- 3+ years HR experience
- Experience with recruiting
- Experience onboarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Attention to detail/auditing forms
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
