Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 / annually Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to12:30am )
Job Details
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Perform machine setups, including selecting and installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials
- Load and execute CNC programs, monitor machine operations, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
- Complete shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance logs accurately
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school certification preferred
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T; ability to perform machine setups and adjustments; strong problem-solving skills.
