We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will blend dry, wet, and refrigerated ingredients to produce finished products that meet customer formula specifications, ensuring high standards in both taste and appearance.

Mixer Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Accurately follow batch sheets during the mixing process; document and gain approval for any deviations.
- Make necessary adjustments and monitor equipment, gauges, and temperatures.
- Maintain detailed records of batches, ingredients, and processing parameters.
- Provide product samples to Quality Control (QC) for testing and approval.
Mixer Qualifications:
- General knowledge of ingredient interactions and their impact on product properties.
- Ability to read and follow batch sheets, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong math skills for verifying ingredient quantities and accurate additions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and management.
