Pipe Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Look for leaks, corrosion, and other problems
- Make sure pipes meet regulations and standards
- Working with hand tools
- Pushing, pulling, lifting, packing, carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of ASNT-TC-1A preferred
- Performing visual inspections to detect faults, damage, corrosion, or leaks in pipelines.
- Using equipment such as ultrasonic, X-ray, and magnetic flux systems to assist in pipeline assessment.
Pipe Inspector Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a shop/industrial setting
- Knowledge of pipe inspection tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a level 1 or 2 pipe inspector
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
