Travel Coordinator-Bilingual Burmese Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process travel arrangements for all field and office staff.
- Reconcile employees’ assignments and collect final receipts.
- Review and verify invoices and receipts for accuracy.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotel sales representatives, and rental car sales representatives.
- Multitask by answering phone calls and processing travel arrangements efficiently.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to collect documents for employees’ auto claims.
Travel Coordinator-Bilingual Burmese Qualifications:
- 2 years of Travel Coordinating and/or Industry experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of travel policies and regulations Strong working knowledge of the travel industry
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
