Property management company is in search of a full-time building maintenance engineer. **Occasional overtime and/or weekends for special programs or events.**

Building Maintenance Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform preventative maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC related equipment.
- Respond to tenant complaints/requests and follow up on ongoing problems.
- Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services
- Complete work orders and daily inspections of all building systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Building Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED/HSED
- 4 years of related experience in building maintenance required and preferred
- Greater CFC universal certificate
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Applicant may be subject to a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
