Production Supervisor
We are ultimately looking for a production supervisor for 2nd shift, however, this person would start on 1st shift and potentially train on 1st shift for 9 months-1 year before moving to night shift. First shift is 7am-4:30pm and 2nd shift is 4pm-2am.

Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 to $ 62,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
-Oversee production operations-Take responsibility for supervising the entire production process and monitoring production floor employees -Ensure all materials and supplies needed for smooth production flow-Monitor daily and weekly production goals -Ensure that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards-Properly organize and direct the production staff to achieve a satisfactory workflow -Identify areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment 2. At least 5 year working experience in manufacturing plant and preferred for automobile experience 3. Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic 5. Ability to create and adhere to production processes 6. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately 7. Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field
