Quality Engineer Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
42.00 to $ 46.00 / hour First Shift
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to quality assurance and product design.
- Utilize Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tools to identify and address potential risks in processes and products.
- Conduct evaluations to ensure products meet customer requirements and specifications.
- Execute customer test plans, participate in design and test reviews, and report research findings.
- Prepare, review, and critically evaluate technical proposals, plans, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Implement and apply basic statistical methods to support data-driven decisions.
- Proactively contribute to the generation of creative solutions for technical challenges.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company during interactions with clients and
Quality Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing and data analysis software.
- Understanding of basic statistical methods and their application.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to technical problems and evaluate deficiencies in technical documentation.
- Capability to determine project timelines and manage basic project tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve technical project goals.
- High standards of accuracy and performance.
- Ability to project a positive and professional image of the company.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license required.
