Payroll Accounting Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, flexible as long as between 5:00am-6:00pm, most office staff work Mon-Thurs 9 hours and Fridays for 4 hours
- Processes all payroll and provides back up and support for accounting team
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically
Payroll Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of experience with payroll processing required
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Professional, team player with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
