Account Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- They are looking for someone that has worked previously but may be ready to move out of ‘entry level’ Inside
- Responsibilities Provide and maintain a high level of customer service
- Interact with customer in-person and via phone Follow-up on leads and educate customers on apparel offerings.
- Consult and suggest comparable products at multiple price points
- Build and maintain client relationships Resolve customer problems in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with inventory tracking (Purchase order receivables)Accurate data entry
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with clients effectively.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and offer solutions to clients' needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially for inventory tracking and data accuracy. This set of qualifications provides a clear picture of what is expected from an Account Manager.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
