Accounting Specialist Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 30.00 / hour First Shift
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AR and AP processes.
- Prepare, file, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and provide compliance guidance.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong QuickBooks knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
