Customer Service Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- contacting company's clients, managing existing customer accounts, building relationships, addressing concerns, and working to expand their portfolio by bringing in new business.
- handle tasks like responding to inquiries, resolving issues, promoting new products or services, and maintaining accurate client information within a CRM system.
Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Reliable & Dependable
- Ability to troubleshoot and respond to emails
- Ability to manage the warehouse
- Close order knowledge
- Order entry skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
