AP/AR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
AP/AR-
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- AP w/ a focus on: Quality, Small Parts, Inventory, MTR’s This is a role w/ lots of responsibility and accountability,
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- A/R account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Maintain accurate historical records by filing documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
AP/AR Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and Accounts Receivable Specialist.
- 3 years experience required
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
