Maintenance Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Supervises a team of Maintenance Electricians. Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, Maintenance Supervisor, Chief Engineer and Tool Crib Attendant.
- Monitors operations and activities of the maintenance department; identifies opportunities for improvement; provides recommendations concerning process changes; and implements improvements.
- Plans and lays out maintenance work projects; monitors and controls supplies and equipment; orders supplies and tools as necessary; prepares documents for equipment procurement; participates in the bid process for maintenance and repair projects.
- Responsible for the hiring and training of maintenance department staff.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical skills, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and computers
- Working Knowledge of: o Motor controls o 3- phase motors
- Wire sizing and termination o Electronic Assembly processes
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
