Non-Structural Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Accurately interpreting design specifications to ensure proper welding procedures are followed.
- Cleaning, grinding, and prepping metal surfaces to ensure proper weld quality.
- Use cutting tools like plasma cutters or saws to precisely cut metal pieces to fit together for welding.
- Utilizing different welding processes like MIG and TIG depending on the nature of the project.
- Perform visual checks and utilize testing equipment to ensure welds meet quality standards.
Non-Structural Welder Qualifications:
- Must accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficient in both TIG and MIG welding techniques, including knowledge of different welding wire types, gas mixtures, and heat control.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to produce precise, consistent welds with a high level of accuracy.
- Capability to identify and troubleshoot welding issues, adjusting parameters as needed to achieve optimal weld quality.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
