Maintenance Technican Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Promptly handle the work order needs of residentsComplete repairs in a consistent and correct manner
- Apartment Maintenance Technicians must provide excellent customer service
- Purchase supplies and maintain appropriate inventory
- Work well with other team members
- Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractorsComplete make-ready of units proficiently
Maintenance Technican Qualifications:
- On Call when Needed
- Apartment Technician (2 years preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Preferrred)
- Drivers License
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
