Mechatronics Technician

Mechatronics Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $20.00 to $22.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities: Robotics, PLC Troubleshooting, Mechatronics

Welding and Machine Operations:

• Execute planned work in the welding machine cell as outlined in the ERP system.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently according to provided instructions.
• Set up and prepare machines for operation.
• Maintain robotic weld quality and optimize efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections and cleaning of articles post-welding per instructions.
• Utilize tools such as checking fixtures, gauges, and thread checking tools with care.

Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as outlined by company guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the operational and safety compliance of machines and facility systems.

Lean Production and 5S Compliance:

• Uphold 5S standards and lean production practices to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
• Operate equipment at an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of 70% or higher.

Collaboration and Special Projects:

• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments on special projects.
• Provide assistance as needed for troubleshooting, repairs, and facility improvements.
