Experienced Service Manager! Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Lead & manage service teams (both in-house & external) for equipment installation & servicing
- Deliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct on-site service calls when needed
- Analyze warranty trends & collaborate with the team for long-term solutions
- Assist in product updates & new developments
- Maintain reports & provide key insights to management
Experienced Service Manager! Qualifications:
- Proven leadership & customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus!)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
