Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
80,000.00 / annually Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:30pm )
- Install and repair machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment
- Rebuild or repair pellet mills, conveyors, screws, gearboxes, chains using hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program to ensure safe working conditions, minimal production downtime, and equipment sustainability
- Supervise and train Millwrights and LME apprentice to troubleshoot all equipment on plant site
- Prioritize and delegate maintenance schedules and activities, track production down time, schedule maintenance days and weekend projects
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) card preferred
- Journeyman Millwright card preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in journeyman level millwright or equivalent experience
- PLC knowledge a plus Basic understanding of electrical concepts
- Project planning & implementation, PM program experience, and supervisory experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
