Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 07:00pm to07:00am )
- Responsible to ensure Quality Standards are met for all production on site
- Material and regrind utilization in a cost effective timely manner
- Organize and direct manpower provided to operate the facility in an organized and efficient manner
- Line changes completed within or less than maximum specified timelines
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical experience is required
- Must be able to demonstrate "hands on" working approach with regards to mechanical principles
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Perform routine tasks, while remaining alert and flexible
- Attend team lead and production meetings where necessary
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
