AR/HR Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- $17 to $22 DOE
A/R:
- Recording payments
- Sending invoice copies
- Daily & Weekly deposits
- A/R account reconciliations
- Customer database management
- Monthly Statements
HR:
- Insurance, 401k, Section 125 POP, and ERISA notice management
- New hire onboarding & terminations
- Worker’s Comp audits
Payroll:
- Submitting hours, deductions, garnishments, etc. to Paychex and verifying accuracy of payroll
- Management of all payroll records
- Management of payroll tax return records
AR/HR Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience using various software programs required
- Experience with pivot tables
- At least 1 year experience in A/R, HR, and Payroll
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Must be able to handle multiple accounts
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
